Just had the most amazing surprise dinner here tonight with wife and 6y daughter. The food was delicious, the service- impeccable, Price- medium, average. Memorable night. Will be mentioned many time from now on my travel stories. Love it!

Visiting Le Coq d'Or was a pleasant experience. I went with a party of 14 and then alone. Both days the food was delicious. The atmosphere felt inviting. The staff was attentive and patient, though sometimes forgot to bring things that were ordered.
I've ordered oysters for starter. I usually don't even like them so much, but I wanted to try them in this region. They were truly fantastic, the best I have ever tried. For the main dish I had duck, which I think was one of the best meals in my life. For the dessert I almost always and everywhere order creme brulee and once again I was served with the best creme brulee I have ever had! Bravo to the chef! Fantastic food and excellent service.
