Pork pie and sausage making was fantastic. Suprised how easy it is to make your own pie and sausages without using fancy and expensive kitchen equipment. Thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.
Can't recommend Coghlans enough. Simon (chef) is funny, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I did the pork pie and sausage making class but am already planning which classes I'm doing next!
