Went into this store recently and had the best customer service I have ever received. The barista went above and beyond to get me a cake (for my ill partner) which has been proving difficult to get hold of these past few months. The service was so genuine and friendly. I have been in many times and had good service, but the two most recent time before this I found the staff to be a bit \attitudey\ to one another, so it is nice to see new staff :) I'd highly recommend. Plus coffee is v good.

Cheerful staff, who make the perfect coffee. Dog friendly. A must if you want a java on the go or a cup of tea to watch the world go by.
We were passing by so stopped off for a couple of coffees and chocolate brownies which we had in the car. Staff were friendly and coffees and cakes were great. Can't wait until we can eat and drink inside again. Definitely worth a try if you are in Warwick.
Nice black coffee that wasn't excessively hot. Friendly competent guy behind the counter. Cakes and bars feel expensive, but I appreciate that we're in tough times. Felt very safe, take-out only.
Excellent vibe, comfortable, well priced, child friendly, clean WC's, fully wheelchair accessible and excellent customer service..... The coffee is lovely
