I was really disappointed by the service I received at Coffee 1 in Thornbury. The service was incredibly slow and took a few minutes before someone even took my order baring in mind I was the only one in the queue and there were 3 staff working. The iced coffee frappe I had to take-away was nice. A lot of the tables hadn't been cleared when I was in there which looked quite messy and I would say overall it could be cleaner.

Love this place. It is full of buzz. Staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive. It would be great to see more choice if gluten free and vegan cakes. Coffee is great. You should try coconut cappucino- amazing.
Lovely staff, great cakes, lovely smoothies. I also like the frappes but I cannot comment on the coffee as I am not a bit proper coffee drinker.
My husband and I come here all of the time when we're in the high street. The service is always great and we love their cake selection. The coffee is obviously great too.
Always welcoming. Spacious and comfortable. Doors open right now so light and airy. Good coffee.
