Had a fantastic pot of tea with one of the best teacakes you could wish for. Shame then that the experience was ruined by Covid paranoia. Inside was freezing due to all the doors left open, I know ventilation is good but that is ridiculous. Also no toilets in use and not many tables even though there is plenty of space. So if you feel the cold or have a weak bladder then take out only, which is probably what they want anyway. I'll be trying other places to have my break unfortunately

Always pull off the main roads here for a great coffee and cake.
Quality of coffee is great, I would prefer a proper cup when eating in though. A lot of single use waste could be avoided. It can be done safely. At least servers could ask if the customers would like a cover for their paper cup when eating in, I am sure most would say no. It's an easy way to reduce plastic waste.
Great coffee and nice place to sit and relax
On the main Street Honiton, good service, coffee, tea and cakes, prices good, place is large enough for spacing in the present Covid 19 situation. If you go to Honiton as we did today (Thursday) it is market day, all very convenient and jolly.
