I've loved coffee #1 for a long time now. I love it more now knowing they serve more organic options. I feel like I'm getting healthy drinks and food and it makes me relax more. The staff are so lovely and it's always nice seeing farniliar faces. Thankfully we can visit properly again now

Have I really visited 3 of these places in 3 days. Coffee #1 has over taken my other leading coffee shop for choice. Walk in , order and get the window seat, looking at those looking in. Really, spend time with those in your company.
A really nice coffee shop in Newport, Such a lovely place to sit down, have a coffee and a catch up. Great atmosphere and just a generally lovely coffee house
Great service here staff are very helpful and coffees are well presented I recommend here if you wanna relax pick a quiet time as in any Restaraunt a busy time would be inconvenient. Me and my family have come here at busy times also and have found the service to be just as good.
A male chstomer was clearing tables and was behind the counter dealing with said dishes and was coming up to people very closely at their tables which would've made me uncomfortable anyways but especially as he was not social distancing or cleaning his hands, the staff not observing or encouraging social distancing, asked for skimmed milk was given whole and one of the three female staff working looked like she was busy but was doing very little of anything when there were lots of dirty tables and she was allowing the customer to clear them (and didn't even stop him coming behind the counter!) There are signs up saying that they clear and clean tables after each use but this isn't the case at all. Will not be returning.
