Love this place. Lots of space, great atmosphere, great service, fantastic coffee and food. What's not to like. Hope the staff get decent pay.

Very, very dissatisfied and disappointed. Got my order wrong, using cows milk! What is worst, 3 jugs were left near the machine and the girls was REUSING them!!! Health hazard! Four staff and the place was in absolute mess. Staff walking past dirty cups and plates, toilets were equally a mess. Customers, including ourselves had to clean up before sitting down. If you are desperate, have a strong stomach and no milk intolerance - this is the place for you.
I wouldn’t trust the ‘manager’ to run me a bath, she hasn’t got a clue about good service. After serving up two still frozen almond croissants I was made to stand for five minutes whilst she faffed about doing something else. My advice, pop round the corner to Jacks!
Very friendly staff, amazing vintage atmosphere with comfy chairs that are perfect for reading. Great choice of drinks menu, a must if you love coffee, tea, hot chocolates. Perfect with a group of friends!
Lovely coffee, tasty cakes and comfy seating. Had to clear our own table and only one fork for two cakes, but service otherwise great.
