Visited here after a walk up and down Little Convoluted. Staff were very friendly and helpful in our compliance with Covid-19 compliance. We asked to sit at the window where someone had been and there were dishes left. Not a problem said the lady but can you just go back to the door and wait while I clean the table? Shortly after we were shown to a nice clean table at the window. Our order for 4 was taken and delivered promptly and we even got 50% off from the government deal. As I'm a scone lover I would have given 5 stars if the scone was good but it was a bit crumbly and more like a cake mix. Next time I'll try the strawberry tart
Great little café, very friendly staff, table service, good for meals, light bites, coffees, icecream and more. Eat in or takeaway. Parking outside, disabled access and toilets. Will go again.
