Outstanding Customer Service and Great Food! Spacious, clean cafe with a clam atmosphere. 100% recommend a visit to anyone else who has a disabled friend, family member, service user etc. I visited Coffee Diem just before the second lockdown with a disabled person I care for. During our visit all the staff were warm, friendly, patient and accommodating with our needs/ behaviours. We enjoyed a lovely brownie but got a bit enthusiastic and a little messy! One of the employees thought on their feet at got me a clean cloth which he'd run under warm water. I didn't even have to ask! I was extremely touched by his compassion and understanding I have never experienced such helpfulness like this from any other establishment in the 10 years I've worked in the care industry. The employee is a credit to the business and should be proud! Will definitely be returning soon!

Lovely little cafe with really tasty coffee and hot chocolate. Plenty of seating outside spaced out for lockdown.
Fantastic coffee shop with very friendly staff. I had a peppermint tea, which was served in crystal clear water and would highly recommend the rum and raisin fudge. All Covid secure measures seemed to be followed and encouraged, so we felt very safe eating and drinking there. Thank you for a lovely experience.
