Lovely coffee shop and restaurant, you can feel a relaxed vibe as soon as you enter the place. The service is terrific, they will take your order and deliver it to you with a smile. The food is as amazing as the service, the full english breakfast including bread, two saucages, bacon, beans, tomatoes and two eggs is more than enough to calm your hunger. Nevertheless, I would recommend even more their milkshakes, their flapjacks, and specially their hot chocolate. All of these (curiously chocolate based) products are delicious. Just take into consideration that they did not have lactose free milk when I ordered the Hot Chocolate, they might have soy or almond milk though.

Over priced. Small piece of old school cake 3, ordered a slice of chocolate cake and that was smaller than the old school cake also 3 and had no taste at all. Had to repeat my order 4 times in less than a minute. Cake, coffee and milkshake isnt hard to remember. I wont be returning.

Our coffee was served long before our food arrived and was finished before food arrived! Panini was too hot to enjoy and took ages to arrive even though the place was empty. Should offer a coffee refill service if they insist on serving drinks before food!

Lovely family run business. I think it is the best coffee in Durham. Nice coffee, nice people and a really good atmosphere. The iced coffee is a must, I would highly recommend
