Tried to book an eye test with Eaton branch and was told if I wasn’t intending to purchase glasses from them I should not use them for an eye test, reluctantly agreed they would do so when pushed but then asked me to ‘call back in February’ as they were busy. Rude and unpleasant receptionist was very off putting, shame as Hellesdon branch have been helpful in the past. Would not recommend.

Kind and Caring attitude. I honestly cannot how kind and helpful these people are.. In a uncaring modern world, I am struck by the sincerity and thoughtfulness of these people. Although no one is perfect, I received Gold star treatment from these folk. I am glad i read the other glowing reports, simply the best opticians in the county to me.
The staff are unfailingly helpful and the opticians very professional and clearly explain what they are doing and why, and the significance of any unforeseen or unexpected findings. There is no attempt to push frames or lenses. Just what one wants from empathetic health professionals.
Excellent local Opticians. Professional and attentive. Good range of glasses and frames.
