Seriously, this is the best gym in Newark. You will always be greeted with a smile when you walk through the door. The trainers are second to none; always friendly and helpful and they really know their stuff. Whether you are wanting to get fit, drop some weight, or train for a specific event, this is the gym for you. Highly recommended.
