Tomasz was very helpful, and his communication keeping me updated was great. He clearly worked very hard to resolve the issues on my laptop. He was patient and listened to what I said, and did not make me feel stupid which is a huge bonus when dealing with tech issues. The repair was also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using Cocotec, and will definitely use again myself when I next need to.

Tom was great and highly responsive. My laptop screen and lid were utterly smashed but now it all looks good as new. There was an unfortunate delay on one of the parts arriving but the extra time resulted in Tom cleaning out the insides at no extra cost. Price was decent. Hopefully I won't need these services again but if I do I'll be coming back here! :)

I am a complete self confessed technophobe! Now having to work from home I had to confront my worst nightmare, the computer! I was given valuable advice by Thomas for choosing my new laptop. My new lap top was set up very speedily. I was given follow up advice when I experienced teething problems when i first started to use the new laptop. In addition my husbands old faulty laptop was repaired with a new hard drive . All at very reasonable cost. We have used Cocotec before and without a doubt wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have been going to see Tomasz for laptop repairs for a few years now. Every time I go to him he is professional, reasonably priced, he solves my issue with no fuss very quickly, and always makes time to field my many questions. I can't speak highly enough of him and the service he provides, and would recommend him to anyone.
