The customer service and response time of this business (Kate) is one of the best I have experienced from any business. After placing an order and realising after some time that I had made a mistake on the overseas address, I emailed Coco de Mer. They responded immediately and informed me that the parcel was being tracked back to the UK and that they would redirect it to the correct address free of charge. Fantastic response, communication and service. Highly recommend.
Poor customer service, refusing to compensate me for a faulty piece which was ordered from their website. I had to source the same sale item from another country and pay the full price myself. This was then faulty as well. Terrible quality and going downhill. Would not recommend. Lace was frayed, discoloured, and the bra was sewn completely crooked.
Absolutely stunning collection of lingerie, bondage wear, art, and other curiosities. The boutique is stunning to look around, the staff are simply amazing and the products are as varied as they are magnificent.
