Love my new Cadillac XT5 but would not recommend Frankel & Chesapeake. Although staff is very friendly, they do not follow up if you have any issues after you drive off the lot. I bought in November and still have outstanding unresolved problems. Emails and phone calls to sales rep and managers do not get returned.
My service advisor Greg was very courteous and professional, outstanding communication throughout the entire process, felt very comfortable knowing my truck was in capable and professional hands. From beginning to end the process was seamless and one of the most pleasant experiences you could have when taking your vehicle to the dealer for repairs, this experience here has forever changed my opinion about servicing your vehicle at a dealership, it’s truly the only way to go, if I say anything and your worried about the stigma surrounding having your vehicle serviced with this dealer. Let them put your worries at ease and give your self the peace of mind knowing your not gonna be taken for a fool and treated respectfully by Greg and his team of Cadilac consultants.
