Very professional. extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My scheduled appointment time had me in and out most expeditiously. Ease of scheduling is greatly appreciated. The waiting area is open and welcoming with stellar internet service. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Zach greeted me upon entering and exiting as though I was a celebrity - he is extremely professional and engages every customer with the most polite and professional demeanor.

Did online buying from Northeast Pennsylvania. Was referred by a colleague at work who purchased from Don White's a few months before me. Went to same sales specialist - Steven \Will\ Williams. Was best decision I could have made. Will made the whole (long) process easy and painless. (was a long process as I was trying to get a 2020 - but none had what I wanted in options). Wound up ordering a 2021 with Will and also Justin - the Sales Manager. Justin was also fantastic and easy to speak with and knowledgeable. Going thru Don Whites with Will Williams and Justin Taylor made the online buying experience simple. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to use Don White's again for our next purchase.

Although I ended up going with a different vehicle, I can't speak more highly of the service that Trevor Hill provided! He was friendly, made sure all of my questions were answered, and provided me with plenty of options. Overall, he made the car shopping experience enjoyable and took the stress out of the situation. I would have preferred to purchase through Trevor and Don White's dealership; however, the pre-owned vehicle I wanted ended up being in stock at a different location.

Don White's. We've purchased several cars and had service preformed here, always pleased. But Don White's bailed me out big time this week. The year tag was falling off of our car we purchased there. Tried to replace it from the MVA. What a waste of time. Needed one peice of information to complete the application, but no one from the MVA was able to help. Stopped by Don White's on a chance. Explained my situation, and they gave me the sticker! Great customer service is what makes the difference when choosing a place to buy anything. You won't be disappointed at Don White's!
