We stayed across from this Tim's for 2 days. Our first breakfast order we asked for extra ketchup and got none at all. Our next order we ordered 3 soups and got no spoons. Our 3rd time dealing with them it was 9:00pm and we got told that they had no soup or chili to serve even though they are open until 11. We love Tim Hortons but this location is brutal. Best off to go to the subway down the road they were great service
Witnessed my first mask enforcement confrontation here. A guy who obviously works outside had his sweater over his face because he didn't have a mask with him. The associate at the counter had a rude and derisive tone, and interrupted taking my order to demand loudly that the man don a mask immediately. The man claimed medical exemption, but the Tim's associate asked for an "exemption note". Is that a thing? I didn't know that proof has to be presented for medical exemptions now. Anyway, the employee was way too overbearing like he was Captain COVID saving the world. Mind you, he was clearly grumpy to start with even before the incident while he was taking my order. He probably doesn't want to work there and should be granted his wish. Convenient location while heading North, though.
Overall, nice experience. I ordered a sandwich and i got wrong one.so talked with the guy I don’t know his name but he had turban on his head.he treated me very well, made my correct sandwich. I appreciate it
The women's bathroom was disgusting, my wife had to use the men's bathroom.
The staff here were rocking it. Working as a team, keeping people moving and appeared to be having fun.
Went in to get lightly toasted bagels. They were burnt. Employee that was working, touched the money and the bagels without washing his hands. Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had.
Great service and the steeped tea was good.
