Called to request a police record check for a job application and was told to either book an appointment 2 weeks from now or go to mybackcheck.com for faster service. After spending 65.00 using the recommended online service I was then informed by the AGLC that they do not accept record checks from mybackcheck.com. I cannot get a refund. I called back to inform the woman that she shouldn't recommend the online service as it is not accepted only only for her to get rude, snappy and abruptly hang up on me mid sentence. Even though I'm the one who lost money due in part to her recommendation, I'm sorry for ruining your day I guess?
