In 2008 Kingsmith brought on its second owner, Craig Wiens who partnered with Kern Kingmsith and took the company over in 2014. There are many facets to owning and operating a home building company, but the foundation will continue to be the quality of product that Kingsmith Homes is turning over to its customers and the relationship that is built. The quality of our work is the foundation that our solid customer/builder relationships are built on. This relationship will continue to be the motivation that drives Kingsmith Homes to be great.

Kingsmith built our dream home. The team was professional, courteous, responsive and personable. Kingsmith took the time to understand what our dream home vision was, designed it, helped us tweak it (by sharing with us things that we had not thought of), walked us through design decisions, and ultimately executed a home that exceeded our expectations. They walked us through every stage of the process with patience and insight. The quality of home exceeds any of our previous builds (this is our 3rd time building a home). We moved into our home 8 months ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the level service provided post possession as well. I would definitely build again with Kingsmith should the need arise and would happily recommend Kingsmith to anyone interested (which I have and continue to do). We had a wonderful experience building with Kingsmith.

Purchased a new build. All was on time and to good quality. The few issues that we have had, appliance related, were handled by Kingsmith with a single call. Any settling issues, i.e. drywall screws showing etc. were fixed immediately and to a high standard. Had an issue with the hot water heater after 16 months and they were here in 45 minutes to fix the issue. Great service, great company
