My furnace suddenly began shaking and sounded like it was about to blow up! I was in total panic and called Fox Services. I explained the situation to the very kind gentleman, over the phone, and he was so great with instructing me how to turn off the furnace and he arranged to be at my house within 30 minutes of me calling. He not only fixed the issue with my furnace, but he recognized that I am not very comfortable with the maintenance that comes with owning a home, so he gave me a very thorough overview of my safety switches and valves! He even went so far as to help me understand how to clear my outside hose pipes and he taught me how to maintain my air filter and my humidifier! It is one thing to simply attend a call and fix an issue, but to go above and beyond like he did, to help me feel more comfortable if any problems arise again... that was exceptional. I will definitely be using this company again if I ever need assistance!

Had a leak somewhere coming from the shower onto the floor in my brand new house. Wanted a professional and impartial plumbing expert to help me look into the issue. He inspected the situation, gave me his analysis and put it in writing for the builder to see, which got them to act immediately.
