Hands down the best service you can receive for your HVAC needs. We had a gas line installed for a new gas range. Mike and Jeff were prompt, professional and efficient. Attention to detail and quality of work were exemplary. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Diamond Willow. Jeff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Mike, the owner joined the crew when they came to install our wood burning bakers oven. The entire experience was fantastic and Kathy in the office is a pleasure to deal with. As a small business owner myself I especially appreciated their customer satisfaction focus and know it was genuine.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! BEWARE! I purchased a fireplace from Diamond Willow Mechanical. I was unsatisfied with the fireplace. Mike Sheppley the owner agreed to return the fireplace with a 20% restocking fee, and would not give me any credit towards the labor to install the fireplace which amounted to 1440 (8 hours x 180/hour). Mike divulged in a meeting with me on October 18, 2020 that this was more than he paid out in labor costs. The agreement was he would take the fireplace back, and they would keep the 2896.95 which I had paid as a deposited was half the amount of the original bill. . I was not happy with this and decided to buy my replacement fireplace from Hearth and Homes. At this point the agreement was in writing and I had received an adjusted invoice from Diamond Willow. Once I informed Mike Sheppley that I would be purchasing my replacement fireplace from Hearth and Homes, he informed me he would be charging me for more labor to remove the fireplace I was returning. I informed him I did not agree to paying him anymore money, that he was getting the unused fireplace back and could resell it, and he was keeping my 2896.95, and I was getting nothing in return. I told him I needed to have the fireplace removed and gave him a deadline to do so. I informed him if it was not removed by September 28, 2020, that I would have it removed in order to get my new fireplace installed and complete the remainder of my renovations. They did not come and remove the fireplace by the specified date, so I had it uninstalled and it is sitting in my living room. I have notified them again to advise them it has been uninstalled and to ask them to pick it up immediately. On September 30,2020, the charged my credit card an additional 2896.95 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I am disputing this unauthorized charge with visa.I This is the only time I have ever written a negative review.I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM ZERO stars!
