Absolute pathetic service, I've had nothing but problems since the start of having them. I complained and had them tell me it must be the wires in the wall, so they connected to a different telephone port and still did same thing. They gave me an old router that's missing a piece on the side aswell. Lately internet has been getting worse, every single day kind of worse. I tried to be nice and not write a bad review, but, They don't seem to care. They've shortened their hours, so when there is an issue it's harder to contact them and they arn't there to fix the issue. When you pay for a month you should get a month, not be limited when you can use it. I have to use 3g off my phone and costs me way more for internet. Starting to just feel like a big scam, switching to Eastlink or Bell seems to be the best options.

I could probably get better internet with Dial-up.

This is a home grown network operated by the town of Cochrane supported by tax dollars. With that said. The town seems to hold a grudge to any business or personal who speaks negatively in regards to CTS services. These folks run occasional ads in the local paper, Insinuating the locals to go with their lesser services at a higher price simply because it is locally operated and it should be the duty to support local first. With apparently perks that come with the service like what they claim local in town tech jobs and on the spot staff. A whole new fiber network paid by tax dollars only offers speeds of up to 25mbps! We switched to Eastlink. As I go with the provider that offers the better service at the better price. I'm just a typical smart consumer and would be stupid to put down Eastlink offering unlimited 400mbps internet for about the same price. CTS for 25mbps. When we are on CTS. It never worked right. It would go down every weekend and we would not have any internet until the staff was back at work on Monday to reset their core.
