Our mail delivery person decided that she would no longer deliver parcels to our home because my dogs bark. Waiting now for a fair decision to be made through the Ombudsman. The supervisors would not listen to my complaints and no Canada Post process was followed at all. We were told there was nothing that can be done if she decides she no longer wants to ring our bell. My question is that if the mail delivery persons decide this more and more, the line ups will get much longer for people that now need to go to the post office to pick up parcels that should be delivered to their door? I am very frustrated.
The staff here are always irritable and annoyed to assist you with getting your package. They make you wait unnecessarily in the queue, and then take as long as possible looking for your package, often while saying it's not there, and to try the other location, so you leave. Then while assisting you they make it obvious your presence annoys them. I wish my packages would end up anywhere else.
Canada post as a company isn’t the most reliable but the staff here are always friendly.
Employees are useless and clueless about their jobs. On top of it all they’re always in terrible moods and make sure that the customer knows it. The only reason they’re getting one star is cause I can’t give them zero.
