They changed my Prenium at least 5 time in 6 months. Every time I call their phone hangup and no one calls back. I asked for a Quote for an other vehicle and they added it as a new prenium . No sent me any email or anything just received a New pink card by mail. They changed the price of that one as well in not even a month.

I can't even begin to explain how helpful this brokerage has been for me. Drew is the man who helps me with everything. It is a true example of honest reliability and care through customer service. We need more people who care about there customer/clients the way business is executed here. If I could provide a rating higher than 5 stars, I would.
I've dealt with BrokerLink for several years now and they have always been very friendly and have provided very prompt service. I have dealt mostly with Shannon Walker. Phone her and BrokerLink for any of your insurance needs!
I am very happy with my experience at brokerlink, I did some comparative quotes and with my current rates they beat all that I could find, it took some time for a result (covid and all) but shannon Walker was very pleasant to deal with and I had a very good outcome and experience. I have been with then for 2 years so far
I've been with brokerlink for about a year now and I tend to swap between cars often, brokerlink is so much easier to deal with than an insurance company directly and are always super friendly
0/5 stars Recieved a quote for home insurance that I accepted A month goes by and I have payments coming out for double of what I was quoted. After several emails and phone calls I was told they made a mistake but couldn't give a refund. After trying to contact the manager for a week I finally got ahold of her. She told us she would call us the next business day. 3 weeks later and no call. They always indicate Economical has the cheapest rates and obviously dont check multiple companies as I found full coverage through TD for a third of the price. I would consider getting a lawyer to deal with this if I had more than a month left on my policy. Avoid at all cost. Look at all my other reviews and realize I very rarely leave negative reviews. Save yourself hours of headaches and avoid at all cost.
I’ve never written a bad review but this place really deserves one. Don’t choose Intact insurance. They offered me 3,600 for full coverage for my Honda and TD insurance quoted me 1,900 for the exact same coverage PLUS accident forgiveness. Then, the manager told me they change more because they have great service but that’s just too much of a huge price difference and unacceptable!! Also, they charged me an extra 160 on top of my policy because they made errors. If a company makes an error.... it shouldn’t be up to the consumer to pay for that error. Unfortaunely, I had to pay anyway... how awful. Sorry Intact but I’m super disappointed and none of my family or friends will be coming to you in the future.
My broker was never available for whatever reason, so I always had to call their general phone line.
