The location is wonderful. Very picturesque. The castle was closed when we went today unfortunately. So, we just stayed outside and enjoyed the views of the river and vineyards

A very tidy scenic spot, it is only 10 minutes to climb to the castle. With very cool scenery. Provides free WC. I will be back after COVID time to see inside.

Amazing views, well worth a visit. The entire valley is seen from the top of this castle view deck. Winery and tourist stores and places to stay and eat are all here. We came during partial lockdown and just walked through the area, but even then, it was beautiful!

Visited in October 2020 when COVID-19 restrictions were in place. Still a pleasant visit, a good guided tour (only available in German, briefing in English available in writing), food and drinks available for purchase. Lovely walk up to the castle, great views. Charming town.

Buit in the 11th century , sits over 100 meter above the river Moselle. Amazing view and very pretty castle. A walk to the top of the hill but a great view and Worth seeing. The exterior of the castle is stunning.

It is a nice place, but because of C-19 they won't let you see many rooms. No towers, no castle wall. Still worth visiting, very pretty, even though not very old.

Very pretty Castle, although not very old. The path to the castle was a bit exhausting (said someone who hasn’t been that active lately :P) Still, I really liked that we didn’t have to wait in line. Guided tours were offered about every 15 minutes. (although the tour wasn’t really what we expected of it) Sadly, due to corona they didn’t let us see much from the inside of the castle. HIGHLIGHT : gorgeous view of Mosel from up high!!!
