The one to one training in boxing , Thai boxing and kickboxing is outstanding. I would highly recommend. The coaches here of the majority former world class fighters. Learn from the best. I am currently training with Dave who is an excellent coach who looks after his participants in every way possible. If you wish to learn these skills he will make sure you do so without getting hurt by others.

I couldn't have chance to talk my sparring partner in the gym but I sincerely do apologise to my sparring partner. I am really sorry if I over behaved. I didn't have any bad intention. Sorry again if i did soemthing wrong. Dave, you are teacher, you should have stopped/warned me rather get angry and attack me aggresivelly. Nothing wrong with sparring with you Dave. But your intention to attack and punch me was wrong. You wanted to hurt and give damage to me. I WAS NOT WEARING HEADGEAR. You purposely asked me spar with you and purposely kept attacking me even i was unguarded untill i was knocked down. i have pains at my nose and headache. It could have ended up very very badly. I don't know how to box and spar properly. I went sparring couple of times 3-4 years ago but I don't remember it well. You had chance to show me and warn me if i was doing wrong. You didnt do it.You were wrong and not fair your behaviour. You were not acting profesionally. I dont suggest anyone to work with you. Apart from that the gym is good for that price deal. It is worth to go.
I've been coming here for the last two years and it's the best cardio available around Victoria station. Strongly recommend trying the boxing/kickboxing or conditioning class!
I have been boxing for many years, including 2 here at the Cobra Gym. Overall good value for money for a leisure boxer. Positive things: - Very cheap classes and plans (15 for the week, with as many classes as you want) - Teachers are very good (particularly recommend Muay Thai taught by Dave). Big positive for me is that teachers here are professionals, not gym enthusiasts who pretend to be boxers. - Classes on weekend (saturday & sunday) Negative things: - Subpar facilities (basically one medium-sized room, no ring, can feel a bit crammed) - No focus on warm-up / stretches, which might cause or facilitate injuries
