Great time at Silvermere Golf Course. Despite the recent heatwave the course was in excellent condition and the greens spot on. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend a visit

Good golf range facilities. But if you just want to hit a few balls, forget it. You have to take a booth for one hour and 120 balls, min.

We went to have a drink outside by the lake and sanitation guidelines were not being followed by staff. The disc on the table was meant to be green facing up for surface cleaned or turned over to red to indicate waiting cleaning. We saw numerous vacated tables where new customers sat down and the staff had not disinfected the table surface, or indeed even been around to welcome new guests. This alarmed us greatly as we worried if guidelines were being properly followed elsewhere around the golf club.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Trina who was very rude, sexist and presumptuous. I shared a golf bag with my partner as we were only visiting the range, and Trina was appalled by this. We were also not the only customers who were on the receiving end of her sarcasm, as others were also bluntly welcomed. The shop was unpleasant and unwelcoming, I happened to be looking for a new set of golf clubs but was asked to leave by a man who worked in the shop who shouted from the other side of the shop \Can you leave? You can't bring your clubs in here.\ which is humiliating and also surprising, because when I left my clubs by the range, I was asked by the supervisor to collect them while I was in the shop. Please explain how any of this makes sense? We are locals, who fancied a casual visit to the range, not regulars with a membership and it became apparent that unless you are an avid player (who is aged 45, white male, overweight and wears a Rolex watch) then please do not bother visiting as you will not enjoy this experience.
