I travel out of my way to have my teeth seen by the great team at Cobham Dental, because I am absolutely confident in the care that they give. Claire has been looking after my teeth for many years now, through orthodontic treatment and jaw surgery. The whole team are kind, courteous and professional. It is always apparent that they are focused on giving the best treatment if there is any problem, and giving great advice about how to keep your teeth and gums healthy to prevent problems arising. They are always happy to explain the best options available to me, and are ahead of the curve regarding developments in treatment. My dental health and hygiene would be quite different without their outstanding care.

I was nervous (for various reasons this year) before I visited but I have to say the experience I had was great. The dentist I saw (Siobhan) was such a lovely dentist - she really made me feel at ease. I felt very safe Covid-wise - my temperature was taken before I went in, all staff in masks and visors, I had to leave my things in a box in reception, only 1 person allowed in waiting room etc etc. Well done. Thank you so much.
I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist but the team at Cobham dental were so lovely and sweet that I felt at ease through the whole appointment. The premises are modern and clean, and they are so friendly, professional and efficient that I’d recommend this dentist to anyone, especially if they’re a nervous patient!
Can't say how disappointed i am. Judging by the reviews it makes think it is the right choice. For a tragic surprise, these are mostly pointless words of compliment rather than objective analysis of the job that was done by the dentist and the people working there. I will start with good aspects, which is... barely nothing. Critically speaking, i think dentistry work done by the dental surgeon is quite mediocre, in some ways i would say this is overrated.
Customer service have to be improved. I feel sorry that pandemic made independent businesses decline in every manner. Still It doesnt allow people to be aggressive to their own customers who pay big amount of money just to get a teeth cleaned up. Nowadays most of the dentists care only how big their pockets will be instead treating patients with care and giving useful advises. There is none. Teeth and customer service are disgrace to dentist industry. Absolutely do not go here.
