I attended Delta force Cobham and I found the whole experience to be over priced, to top it off after spending twice my daily salary on tickets for my two boys to attend I believe my son contracted salmonella that evening from the lunch he was provided. I can assure you we will not be attending any delta force site ever again. Please avoid

Very disappointing customer service. Paid for an entire day and due to an issue with other team's guns which was out of our control we lost at least 1/4 of our day and an entire game. After contacting them to ask for some form of refund as we did not receive the service we had paid for the team were incredibly rude and unhelpful; avoiding the issue at all costs by repeating that there was no manager present and that we had to wait to be contacted at a later time, which never happened. I would advise to avoid due to a lack of customer care and respect, they are still refusing to provide adequate support regarding the issue, it seems as though once they have your money that's good enough. Take your money elsewhere or you may not receive what you pay for and be dismissed and belittled by the customer service team.
