I had to get a property ASAP to move into. I came across Ryan at cobbles. Showed me around had an offer on that day accepted. All was confirmed by end of day. Super quick and efficient. Moved in a week later. We were super stressed. We had one or two issues when we moved in. These were sorted super fast and without fuss. I will judge agents not when things go well. But when things go not as planned. Everything was sorted out super fast. We can’t praise Ryan and Natasha enough. Very much appreciated

Rented my flat within 24 hours! First listed at 5pm on Friday tenants shown round and set up at 10am on Saturday! Through the pandemic I had a complicated time trying to sell my home and then eventually rent it but Ryan and his colleagues have always been professional and quick to respond to emails and guid me through the process of renting.
Human and efficient, and professional. Despite being busy - as are all estate agents - they managed to help us as tenants despite not even managing the property. Courteous and respectful, they did everything they could not to interfere when showing new tenants around, and were very helpful in ensuring we were able to move on with limited disruption. For me, they have broken the previously wonky estate agency mould.
I cannot recommend Cobbles enough! Buying a house in a global pandemic could be considered a stressful process, but between James and Ryan, they were fantastic! Beyond helpful from our original viewing through to moving day. From regular calls and emails, advice and guidance, working with our solicitor and mortgage advisor throughout and even arranging to take delivery of our sofas! Thank you so much for making our move as stress-free as possible!
Cobbles are a true gem of an Estate Agent. They work with efficiency, professionalism and have extensive knowledge of the local market. No ask is too great and I cannot recommend Cobbles highly enough.
