Brilliant service - i had a pair of boots several cobblers local to me told me were irreparable as they had a plastic clear heel. I found Lee online and he confirmed he could repair them without any issue or damage. Sent them Thursday and they were back with me by Monday morning good as new (and very clean!). Excellent value for money, too.
