Went into currys at coatbridge to buy a washing machine cash money .After picking the one we wanted asked a assistant for help Give me a few minutes she said after waiting a further thirty minutes we left the store with nothing. This store must be doing well if it can keep customers waiting 30 mins then walk out the store with nothing, I approached a woman at the help deck to s tell her only to be told in a sarcastic take it or leave it voice that she only came back from a break . So my advice is if you have nothing to do on a miserable afternoon and want to waste a few hours this is the place to be. ( I gave it one star as it was warm inside)

i bought deskjet 2620 because it was advertised on the site stating it also came with usb so got tried it wireles kept showing faults so looked in box for usb cable none ,took it back got replacement but had to buy usb even though i let them see picture i took of the ad on their site stating it comes with usb a bit rubbish

Operator: 1 Garry need to be took back to basics concerning his Customer Care attitude. Went in to Coatbridge store today to buy a cordless hoover. Thought my luck was in when I thought I had found a Shark duo for 199 as my mother got one last yr at that price. Got home only to realize the hoover I had purchased was actually corded. Got a taxi straight back up to the shop and explained my blunder and explained I wanted to exchanged it for a crdless hoover. The guy at the door was very polite and asked me to wait at the desk then said to go have a look at another one so I did. After being upstairs and kind of deciding between other makes I went back down and informed the guy behind the till(this was now Gary) I had chosen another hoover. I was already visually embarrassed by this point as I could feel the annoyance in Gary's attitude. He proceeded to sharply say 'which one' then made me walk back upstairs to retrieve the number of the hoover. When I was half way upstairs one of the other guys followed me. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he was very polite and helpful with me much to my relief as I was completely embarrassed to the point I was sweating. Never in my life have I ever received customer care like this! I will never shop in this store again. If I wasn't so embarrassed I would have asked for my money back and purchased my hoover at another shop/store. Basic customer care should come naturally but this guy Gary's attitude absolutely stunk and he needs to be retrained. I would go as far to say retrained completely in his job.

Went shopping for a new vacuum cleaner had a look , then a young man asked if he could help us with anything, I noticed the Shark advisor on a badge he was wearing, I asked what was the biggest difference between them all, he was a great help and demonstrated a few different models, it was good to talk him as he was very polite and knowledgeable young man, yes I bought the vacuum cleaner and as we were leaving a lady stopped us to ask about our new vacuum cleaner as her dog was casting and the hair was everywhere, we sent her to speak to the shark man. Came home to test our new vacuum cleaner on a new large rug we had bought and was shocked at how much dust was lifted out hope it is as good on hard floor.
