We had our first ever Surf lessons with these guys back in August 2016. Lyndon and his team are super pumped to get you up on the board and enjoying Surfing as quickly as possible. With their base just a short 2min walk to Croyde beach itself - you have fantastic surfing available for all levels. Friendly - Fun and Fair priced!

Wow! I had an amazing time learning to surf at Lyndon Wake Surf School. Although I was a complete beginner, it wasn’t long before I was standing up, turning and progressing to a more difficult board. Both Jo and Lyndon were fantastic instructors, making the lessons fun and engaging, while their teaching style meant I was able to pick up new skills quickly. Overall it made for a very enjoyable, memorable experience and a good laugh! Thank you Lyndon Wake Surf School!
A friend and myself had our first ever surf lesson with Lyndon this weekend - we chose the 2.5 hr 'Surf Experience'. It was fantastic: Lyndon was an amazing teacher - he made the lesson fun, and explained everything clearly and made surfing seem simple. Within an hour or so, we were able to stand up on our boards (if only briefly) and it felt great to have made so much progress so quickly. I'd definitely recommend Lyndon and his surf school (and his Baggy Lodge) to anyone looking to learn to surf.
We absolutely love Lyndon Wake Surf School and we wouldn't use anyone else. We (my wife, my two sons Ben, 12 and Sam, 11, and I) started surfing at the beginning of last summer and were fortunate enough to choose them as our instructors. They are very professional, hugely enthusiastic, extremely friendly and have bucket loads of patience. Every lesson, be it a group lesson or a one to one, is rewarding and heaps of fun. We are now surfing converts and get out in the water whenever we can and this is, in no small part, down to Lyndon and his instructors. We couldn't recommend them more highly.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, all of the team were friendly and professional at all times and just a pleasure to spend time with. On my surf lesson, I had the honour of getting fantastic tuition from Lyndon, who's easy and generally relaxed style of teaching coupled with positive critiquing of each of my dire surfing attempts really just made the whole morning! It was, not only a thoroughly enjoyable time in the sea but a great learning experience at the same time, my skills were definitely improved upon by the end. On the second day we headed out coasteering with Mark and Lyndon. Yet again, another fantastic, fun packed afternoon of crazy-high jumps, complimentary salt water (as much as you like), jellyfish petting and generally just pure amusement and laughter. Thank you guys and I will definitely be back!
