Coastal Flowers is the most beautiful store. It is my favourite shop in Newquay and a huge asset to the high street. To the man who wrote a one star review on this platform... you only had to show you were exempt, when politely asked why you were not wearing a mask. There was no need to besmirch a wonderful local store with a kind and lovely owner. We all need a little kindness in this world..... and the owner always has a face covering.

Fantastic shop with a nice variety of gifts. The owner of the shop was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when discussing the items on display. I also appreciated the consideration of the shop layout and care for customers during the current pandemic. I will certainly be happy to recommend here and I will definitely be visiting again.

The reasonable adjustment which I consider that you have failed to make is not allowing for a medical exemption under (Sec 6), (Sec 21) of the Equality Act 2010 with regards to the wearing of a face covering on your premises. Asked to leave premises as i did not put a mask on, realising 5 minutes after my arrival Also the owner of the store was not wearing a mask You are obligated to wear a mask Sending the above information ....to the owner of store please do your research prior to removing paying customers from you store and discriminating them in public.
I live in Newquay and this is my favourite shop, I literally just want to buy all the plants everytime I visit. It’s the perfect place to get that unique special gift and the prices are really good. The owner is lovely.. very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a gift or just the right plant to go in that place definitely check it out.
I always use this shop for gifts, plants and to buy flowers by the stem. Everything is great quality at reasonable prices and stuff you can't get anywhere else. I never had occasion bto use the florist but when shopping in there have seen some of the beautiful bouquets that get made up.
