Great first experience on SUP. The instructors were very good and the surroundings breathtaking. The gear (board, thick wetsuit, hood, gloves) were of good quality and condition. I would definitely recommend this school.

Had a my first lesson with Iona yesterday and was lucky enough to have a one on one lesson. Iona was amazing in teaching me the techniques and providing advice through out the lesson. Very supportive, patient and outgoing! Would go back for there skill building lessons!
C2C are brilliant! I’ve hired gear from them, taken lessons, and been on surf trips with them. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want fun in the outdoors then go surf, coasteer, and SUP with Coast to Coast surf school.
I was a little nervous trying surfing for the first time but the instructors at Coast to Coast Surf School made me feel super at ease! The tips and training they gave were easy enough to follow and centred around safety and building up beginner level skills throughout the two-hour session. Although it was in a group they would approach us individually to give specific pointers and help us catch waves. I didn't quite manage to stand up during my first session but feel I've got the basic knowledge to keep at it myself as it's all about practice! Although... the class was so good I might pay the money for another session or two – definitely worth the money! All equipment was included, which was great. I just had to bring a swimming costume for under my wetsuit and a towel for after. Nice toasty changing rooms (underfloor heating was lovely after being in the water!) and although the showers don't yet have hot water, it will be wonderful when they do which I was told will be in a couple of weeks time.
My daughter has been learning to surf with coast 2 coast. She absolutely loves it, staff are friendly and fun as well as being safety conscious... can't fault them. Would recommend.
