Unfortunately the pre-sales service doesnt match the aftersales service. The warranty given isn't worth the paper it is written on. The van we bought has a structural fault and Coast to Coast havent even bothered to examine the caravan let alone rectify the problem. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere
