Lovely restaurant with very modern decor. I tried the 2 course menu and had mussels as starters and fish & chips as main. Mussels were fresh, perfectly cooked and the cream broth was delicate and tasty. The batter on the fish were cripsy and non greasy and the chips were freshly made and amazing. I would recommend going there.

Meal fantastic,social distancing much in evidence, tables well spaced,waiters all wearing masks and shields.Make sure you book table. Back to meal,had tasty steak,cooked perfection followed by very light sticky toffee pud,scrummy. Def be back,highly recommended.
Good food and great service. There may be more famous places in the town but this is where we keep coming back
I came here with my father for a birthday dinner and it was fantastic. To start we both had the fresh crab claw pot which was delightful! The Parmesan cheese and apple crisps were delicious and flavours were well balanced. I had the halibut for my main which was cooked to perfection along with the pea and spinach risotto was very tasty! The staff were very friendly and we felt very safe with all Covid regulations being followed. The lemon posset was a beautifully refreshing end to the meal. I’d highly recommend Coast to anyone looking for a tasteful, safe and enjoyable evening meal!
Recomended by a couple of people, so decided to give it a try! So good we returned the following night on our 3 night visit to Oban. Starter of black pudding with poached egg was delightful! Fish and chips and blade of Aberdeen Angus dishes were fabulous in presentation, taste and quality!
