Between the surgery and the pharmacy. My regular prescription either goes completely missing or items are missing. Don't really rate the systems that are in place between the surgery and the pharmacy. No problems with the doctor's. Just a poor service

I do not like going to the doctors because I do not wish to waste their time over something small like a simple cold or a little Flu like symptoms. I have only used their services, because that is what they are, when I really need them. I have mental heath issues and medical issues which cause lots of problems. Staff and doctors do their best to treat me with respect, and friendliness. I get sick and tired of people complaining about not getting doctors appointments and all they have is a sniffle. When I have needed help I had a doctor pull out all the stops to make sure I got it, one named in complaints, and if she hadn't have pushed me to get the help I may not be here. So kind and understanding but did what was needed to do. I wish I could stay with these doctors as they have helped my medical care so much, and gone beyond anything I would normally have expected. 5 stars is not enough. People hate receptionists that ask personal questions, however they are there to help. 4 stars for the staff that sit there all day at the desk getting all the stick, but still the doctors and Nurses push this past a 5 star review.

I am utterly disgusted with this surgery I have eye cancer and I attend moorfields hospital oncology - for the last 10 yrs I am having to have liver scans and have been going regularly every 6 months for scans as requested by moorfields- suddenly this surgery are refusing to refer me any longer for these imperative scans I have lost all faith and lost what to do

This surgery is absolutely unacceptable I was in a phone call que and when it got to my turn I got cut off? This is disgusting why is this happening? Why are you making impossible to be seen by a Dr?
