WORST DEALER EVER! AVOID Read everything before sending them any money.... Very bad customer service, once purchased very rude... I should have followed my instinct the second I stepped foot in their yard however I had already put down a 2000 non refundable deposit on a tractor unit which I had come to pick up without previously seeing. As all dealing was done over the phone and through the website chat and mainly talking to Karl on various different phone numbers, looked a bit suspicious but I didn’t notice at that time as I was thinking that I’m getting a good deal... I was assured everything was ok and that the truck had undergone checks in their garage. Got there the truck had loads of scratches on which were definitely not visible in the pictures and the video on the website they had planely used filters and air brushed the photo of the truck. Anyway my deposit was on non-refundable and I looked passed the scratches as I thought that with some T-Cut and polish the truck will come up fairly ok. The guy Karl selling me the truck had as much enthusiasm as though he was selling me a toothpick completely uninterested! Now driving away after some 30 miles up M1 I noticed the engine had hardly any power and gone into limp mode as it was struggling to get up hills then the engine started to overheat. I stopped to check the truck only to find it had no water or coolant in AT ALL! so much for being checked.. It’s still costing me money to put this truck right as to overheating... When call the dealership was told you bought a cheap truck sold as seen and they can’t do anything about it..... If something is too good to be true then do all your checks before you buy because to me those people are con artists as made put a deposit down to sale a faulty vehicle.... Found this company to be very unprofessional and bad service, looking to buy 4 vehicles, made contact with them via WhatsApp as this was one option to contact them on their website contact page. Instead of greeting or even having the courtesy of giving a phone call just sent as a weblink see picture of message attached. When made a phone call to them, got told several times to go to the website look at what they have and then to call back, very rude and lack of customer service..... Been told they have so many vehicles for sale which makes no sense to me, as I’m constantly on the road on my mobile, I thought that as they have WhatsApp would be very convenient for me to find out what I needed and then once we are comfortable then meet and do a purchase. Seems to me that the staffs just totally not interested going to that extra mile to make a sale, in my view they have too much money as they think they’ve got plenty of customers and that they are not interested into gaining more business, which is fine. What can I say lack of service, rude staff, not customer friendly.... Made a enquire and still waiting for a updates, call few times still waiting for callback... Strange reading all the other positive feedback, as it seems that they have wrote them themselves... I give up Dave
