Outstanding tasting menu with drinks pairing. The service is relaxed and friendly, in fact it's probably some of the best service I've received. Everything jumps off the plate with flavours both bold and subtle. The pairings were all excellent and at no point were the courses rushed. The counter seat we had gave us good insight into a relaxed and professional kitchen. Will definitely go again.

It really is an amazing place, I absolutely love it. I don’t know where to start as I’m so excited by this restaurant. It is one of those places that changes your mood in a positive way, I was so excited by everything. I couldn’t wait for each course of the tasting menu to come out. Each course had such intelligent and distinct flavours, it was an incredible journey. Each plate was so well explained by the team who are so friendly and genuine. Which is how the restaurant feels, very personal as if you are in someone’s house. You feel as you are really being looked after, I was more than happy with all their recommendations. I will most certainly go back.
Best roast around the area. Excellent packaging and delivery service, most of all amazing tastes, meat and veggie. Bravo!
Up there with the best. The Sunday roast was amazing. I requested a portion of carrots with my roast lamb and the staff kindly accommodated my request. Comparisons will naturally be made with Blacklock, however both are elite Sunday roasts so who’s really comparing?! The brioche to start was lovely and came with chicken fat and a miso butter. Very tasty indeed and not something I would typically go for, but as the only starter with the Sunday lunch I thought it would be good to give it a go. I wasn’t disappointed. The tart dessert for dessert was very refreshing and is easily one of the best desserts I have had. Very light and the fruit nicely cleansed my palette. Incredible service, up there with the most personable service I’ve received and that was despite there being social distancing measures in place. Staff here are a great asset and add to the experience. Looking forward to returning for the roast dinner and also to sample their offerings during the week (especially the incredible looking tasting menu!)
Food was good, beside some dishes that could be done better according to individual preference. The service was irregular for a tasting menu...maybe due to covid. The restaurant should give a heads up that staff are not wearing masks. I’m not a mask fascist, but I’d like to have a choice for where I eat at least.. leaving 4 stars as we are all going through a hard time. P.s. that dessert was intense and hit both our stomachs hard.....
