Great; went for Sunday Dinner quite late which always makes me nervous about the quality; but I needn't have worried - it was excellent. No soggy veg in sight; and great gravy. Good atmosphere; and big thanks to the landlady which helped soothe our screening baby

Lovely impromptu Sunday lunch, friendly service and excellent food, nice to see a place that brings children's food out cool enough to eat rather than red hot. We can definitely recommend the gammon and children's cottage pie, full of flavour and great portions.
Brilliant, good service, excellent food
We booked for lunch today. 1.30. Great customer service, lovely friendly staff. The food is all freshly cooked. Lovely large portions. Great value. The thing that was lovely was staff were taking food to garden as we arrived and the two staff gave us a cheery hello. We will be back. Thank you everyone. Safety measures excellent.
Had lunch there today with friends , the food was excellent. There were two young men who looked after us and did a great job. Well done to all of the staff, we were all satisfied with our lunch. Glad to hear they are extending the Eat in to Help Out offer for the month of September at their own expense, well done.
