NO RESPECT Absolutely awful experience I've had. I'm an NHS worker ,that only has a limited amount of time to get my lunch and I collected my items and noticed there was a queue. However , the reason for the huge queue was because one employee wanted to cash her scratch cards in and wasn't bothered to do it in her own time. Furthermore, when I got to the counter I noticed a sign saying 10 % off to all NHS staff ...but ...when I asked the cashier she said I have to sign up for a loyalty to claim my NHS discount ,as I pointed the sign didn't actually say that but she still didn't want to not give the NHS discount during this time when NHS staff are working non stop ....I am absolutely fumming!!!!!!
