Co-op Funeralcare, Westbury On Trym

A nice funeral arranger was looking into a complaint regarding my father's headstone, I waited two weeks and didn't have a response, I called into the funeral home and was told her had left the business, another member of staff called Nick was then taking over for me, other few weeks passed so I went back into the funeral home and was told Nick had left the business. Frustrated another man called Michael offered to help me, third time I called into the funeral home after another few weeks, he had left as well, I called helpline and was told senior management are making lots of cuts and discard clients, my advice avoid

They treated our situation with the utmost respect and care. They were available 24 hours and gave us the best possible options for us in all areas. This can be down to the itinerary list, through to the actual day and events. For example, for our Scottish heritage they found an amazing bagpipe player, and it added that extra something. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Brilliant service throughout.
