It took them a year or so after opening to get themselves sorted out .However, during the lockdown they have emerged as the best of the Selby supermarkets for positive attitude and friendly and polite customer service . They certainly put the local Tesco and their ignorant and arrogant attitude to customers to shame. My advice to the Tesco management is to send their staff to shop here and learn about politeness and respect for customers.
Friendly & helpful, fairly good choice of items especially at this time, rarely busy or full of customers
This is a very nice new addition to the town.
