Didn't shop here, went to return 100 cigarettes that we were sold by mistake in the Studley store earlier that morning, king size instead of super kings, they couldn't do it. The lady on the checkout was very helpful & gave me a customer service number to contact but that still didn't make any difference. I was told once I'd left the shop with said cigarettes I couldn't change them, even though they'd never been open & were the same price. Not very happy at all, sold cigarettes that I didn't want or like, wouldn't exchange them & nigh on 50 is a lot of money to waste.

My review is not of my experience as a shopper at Co-Op Dunscroft. I opted to use this Co-Op as a collection point for my click and collect John Lewis order. Absolutely spot-on service. I was attended to immediately. My order was located and bought to me quickly. Would highly recommend for anyone else using the click and collect John Lewis service.
Local, convenient and the 5 deal is fab especially if you're on a low income
A good store for all weekly shopping, with very helpful staff.
