They stock a lot of stuff, but the checkouts are always understaffed leading to long, long queue times and it is incredibly frustrating having to wait to to 10-15 minutes sometime when there's only one checkout open and everyone in line has baskets full to the brim. They have definitely reduced the number of staff on the checkouts and it's a terrible policy that I'm sure makes for slightly better quarterly reports, but an awful shopping experience.

Being a co op - it is pricey. Parking can be difficult at times - but there is another road nearby where you can park too. Great for picking up last minute items and emergency basics - but expensive for a full shop. You do have an Aldi opposite, but this is less busy and therefore safer :)
Quick service and decent prices for a convenience store. Been a customer for many years
