I needed to post a small parcel this afternoon. A small queue formed outside the shop. Just there there was a sign asking customers to enter once a customer inside the shop leaves, understandable. So when it was my turn I patiently waited until someone left. Out of nowhere comes this huge angry woman, shouting (barking) at me, telling me to basically get out until someone from the post office line leaves! Now... how was I supposed see the line if it is located at the other side of the store? How is this attitude even accepted? Horrible fat slob!
