Very frendly staff and good quality food
like
I have given three stars because some of the staff are actually quite friendly and helpful. However, It is a bit annoying the way the self serve tills for cash payment are always off line. Given that at the time of writing this review the country in the midst of a global pandemic I would have expected this particular branch to have good levels of food stock on the shelves, I have been in twice and the shelves are virtually bare- why is that? Apparently we have been told in the media that food is not in short supply, and this is a small town branch not a main supermarket like TESCO or ASDA, both of which are bloody disgrace. The Co-Op generally charges more for its products, there is less choice due to poor management of the store, and panic buying for which this branch seems not to have recovered from, it should be offering much better than it is. The last irk to mention is the fact that as the lockdown is slowly coming to an end, why is this branch suddenly now invoking social distancing rules? Too little, too late, in the height of the pandemic I went in and the shop was fairly full of customers...

Always open it seems and good street parking. As you would expect and occasionally surrounded by bus stop ribaldry but an essential Waterfoot store.
Great deals on lots of products,helpful and friendly staff, the bonus is you get credit each time you shop.
