Co-op stores have always been great in the community, from their outstanding charity work and donations (none of which egally obligatory) to the way they treat their customers. I would like to say a personal shout out to Helen, Jo and Dean that have all been there throughout this hideous unfolding and have made each and every night I've gone there to buy dinner a touch better. I think everyone could do with expressing how much they appreciate the small things. And actually, it is only the small things that made a massive difference to this customers quality of life in otherwise complete isolation. I work in pharmacy/retail, and our recent circumstances inspire me to cite one of companies mantras \Prescribe Kindness\, I think we can all give more, and I think we deserve to receive more in these allegedly \essential positions

Not been in the store myself but this Co-op store was extremely helpful when I was trying to arrange a delivery of beer from hundreds of miles away for a relative in Truro for his birthday. Special thanks to the manager Mark and his team who provided a brilliant service.

Easy to miss from the outside - there are fairly small entrances on both sides of the block - but very convenient if you’re on foot in the town centre. It’s surprisingly big and has a very wide selection of fresh and packaged foods, bakery and household items, both their own brand and the well-known brand names. There is often a fair trade option available and they’re also trying to cut down on unnecessary plastic. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the aisles are well marked.

A very good store. From the outside this store looks tiny, but in fact it is a lot bigger than many Co-op stores. A bit \Tardis\ like. As you go in, the store stretches back and widens out and has an excellent range of stock and also a good choice of produce too. It has a pleasant ambience and the aisles are a decent width. There are plenty of self checkouts, and additionally if you join the right hand queue, there are staffed checkouts as well. The entrance and store are all accessible and the door is automatic. The staff I spoke to were cheerful and helpful.

99% of the staff are brilliant. There is one member who is about as friendly and helpful as an out of date rotten tomatoe but apart from that 1st class
