No longer a Co-op....is now a Spar and Texaco garage. Miss the Co-op offers and own brand goods. Big store with a post office and kept friendly original staff
3 Saturdays in a row I have called at store to save me going into town, but on all 3 occasions the shop was closed for restocking. I know they need to keep staff safe but would it not be easier to make customers wear a mask and keep shop open? I called at 9.00am, 11.00am and 2pm on the 3 Saturdays and every time there were quite a few customers leaving and people driving away from petrol pumps. Losing trade especially at present time doesn't make sense.
Only one member of staff on the till at 2.30pm and long queue of customers...bell was rang twice but no one came to help.
